ROLLED STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Season steak with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spread mixture evenly over steak. Roll like a jelly roll. Tie with string. Place open face down. Roast at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes or until tender. Baste with Italian dressing.
