GRANDMA'S MINCEMEAT PIE 
2 oranges
1 lemon
12 apples
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. wine (grape, brandy, rum)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 lb. pork
1 lb. beef

Cook meat together until very tender. Remove from broth and cool, then grind up. Grind up oranges, lemon and apples. Put all ingredients together into broth. (Make sure not to have too much broth, add more later if necessary.) Cook until done, taste to suit. 2 to 4 to 6 hours.
