CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 cooked chicken, deboned OR
3 (5 1/2 oz. each) cans chunk style Swanson's chicken
10 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli OR 2 (10 oz.) boxes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken broth plus 1 can water OR 2 cans of broth from cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers, crushed; optional

Blend broth, soups, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over the cooked and drained noodles, chicken, cheese, and broccoli. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top.
