AMERICAN STYLE ENCHILADES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes

Salt and pepper ground beef. Boil with enough water to cover meat until done. Add tomatoes. Chip one large onion and 1 small package Velveeta cheese in mixing bowl. Serve with hot water cornbread. Large cornbread patties in soup bowl, a layer of raw onion, and cheese. Then spoon meat and tomatoes over this.
