3 c. zucchini, cubed
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
