HUNGRY JACK CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) tube big flaky biscuits 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix 1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese 2 eggs, beaten Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits and roll or press each biscuit into a 4 inch circle. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon onion soup mix and blend well. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto center of biscuit and fold in half. Press edges to seal with a fork. Brown ground beef with 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix and drain off fat. Stir in mushroom soup, Swiss cheese and eggs. Heat through until bubbly. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Arrange biscuits on meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees, in a preheated oven, for 22 to 28 minutes or until deep golden brown. |
