CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 c. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 lg. box frozen whole broccoli stalks
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 can Campbell's chicken broth or broth from cooked chicken
Butter
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. heavy cream

Make stuffing according to package directions. Put stuffing in a baking dish. Cook and drain broccoli and place each stalk evenly on top of stuffing. Then arrange the 4 cups of cubed chicken breast over top of broccoli.

In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of flour. While stirring, add 1 can of chicken stock. When boiling, stir in heavy cream slowly. Then add 1/2 pound of Swiss cheese; stir until bubbly. This should be slightly thick. If not, thicken with cornstarch.

Arrange the other 1/2 pound of Swiss cheese on top of chicken. Slowly pour hot sauce from saucepan on top of the prepared dish. Do not soak; save leftover sauce for serving time. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, until bubbly. Enjoy this meal-in-one!

Serves 6-8.
