CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
4-5 c. cooked, boned chicken
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing, prepared as per package instructions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms

Put half the stuffing mixture in 13"x9" greased dish. Layer chicken pieces on top of stuffing. Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Put remaining stuffing on top. Bake, covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Bake one, freeze one if you use 2 (8" or 9") dishes.
