MARIAN'S MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 med. salad bowl of mixed greens (Romaine, iceberg spinach)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped pecans, if desired
Onion rings - garnish (red are more attractive)

DRESSING:

1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. water

Blend. Do not add dressing until ready to serve.
