OVEN STEW 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 lbs. chuck roast, cubed
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
Rice or noodles

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place meat in covered casserole. Mix together soup, soup mix, mushrooms and half the liquid from the mushrooms. Add to meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Add sour cream. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice or noodles.
