SPICY SAUSAGE PASTA SAUCE 
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. red pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. hot sausage
2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste

Form sausage into small balls, quarter size. Brown slowly in skillet. In large pan cook peppers and onion in oil for about 10 minutes until softened. Add tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste and sausage. Simmer gently for another 15 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
