SPINACH SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach (clean and dry)
1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. red onion, chopped

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine all before serving.
