BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
2 dashes cayenne pepper
2 dashes paprika
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) macaroni

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Add milk, cayenne pepper and paprika. Cook until sauce comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese until melted. Cook macaroni. Drain. Return to pan and combine with cheese sauce. Place in 2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
