ALOHA CHICKEN SALAD 
1 fresh pineapple
2 c. cubed baked chicken
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. tomato wedges
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. instant onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise/salad dressing

Cut pineapple lengthwise into halves. Remove fruit leaving shells intact - chill shells. Cut pineapple into cubes. Combine pineapple, chicken, celery, almonds and tomato. Chill.

DRESSING: Add minced onion to mayonnaise and blend in sour cream. Chill. Mix pineapple mixture with the dressing. Chill 30 minutes to blend flavors. Heap into pineapple shells. Serves 6 to 8.
