MYSTERY CHEF'S BISCUITS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 of 1/4 lb. stick, butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk

Put flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Slice the cold butter into the bowl of flour. Mix the butter in with fingers until it's mixed in with the flour with no lumps remaining. Pour in the milk and swish around with hands. If more flour is needed, add it. Turn out onto floured surface. Pat down to 1/2 or 3/4 inch. Cut out with circle or biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or less.
