PIE CRUST 
3 oz. raisins, ground fine
3 oz. walnuts or brazil nuts, ground fine
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated fine

Work together with hands into a pliable dough. Press into pie dish.

PIE FILLINGS:

Persimmons, peeled and sliced. Apples, sliced. Bananas, sliced 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated fine, 3 tbsp. fresh, shredded coconut. Whipped papaya sprinkled with shredded coconut. Sliced bananas. Fresh strawberries, creamed.
