HAM AND CHEESE BAKE 
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed

Saute onion in butter until tender crisp. Add peppers, celery, rice, broth, salt, curry, sugar and ham. Stir well. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from oven. Add pineapple and cheese. Toss lightly. Serves 6.
