CURRIED BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, separated
1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. unsalted peanuts, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tbsp. curry powder

Put first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix next 4 ingredients in separate bowl until sugar melts. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
