2 lg. sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring, pure
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. flour

Bake sweet potatoes in oven until done. Peel hot potatoes, mash with butter, and add all ingredients. Add beaten eggs. Bake pie in an uncooked pie shell in oven at 350 degrees. Sprinkle some sugar on top of pie before putting into the oven. Cook for approximately one hour or until glaze looks shiny.
