ICING FOR RED VELVET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 can coconut
1 c. nuts
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk and flour until thick, stirring constantly so it won't scorch. Cool. Cream sugar and butter. Add to flour mixture and beat until fluffy. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla. It will look like whipped cream. Spread on layers.
