BURIED MEXICAN 
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can chopped, stewed tomatoes
1 can drained corn
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked rice

Brown meat and onions. Add seasonings, then tomatoes and corn. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
