RASPBERRY BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. raspberry jam

Mix flour, baking powder and 3/4 cup butter like a pie crust.

Then add 3 tablespoons milk. Flour hands. Pat dough into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Spread jam on baked dough. In another bowl mix eggs, sugar, coconut, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
