STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS 
20 to 22 jumbo shells
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 eggs
5 tbsp. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
1 tsp. minced parsley
Black pepper
Spaghetti sauce

Cook shells per box directions; drain. In a bowl mix ricotta, eggs, grated cheese, parsley and pepper. In a 7 x 11 inch glass dish coat bottom with spaghetti sauce. Fill shells with filling mixture and place in dish. Spread some spaghetti sauce and grated cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
