CREAMED TURKEY 
2 c. cooked turkey
1 sm. onion, diced and sauteed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. each cooked carrots, celery, and peas
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. each rosemary, pepper, and sage

Mix all ingredients together in microwave bowl (add small amount of water - 1/2 can); microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes. Stir once. Serve over biscuits or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
