CREAMY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 med. head broccoli or cauliflower, separated
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter

Heat 1/2 cup salted water. Cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender. Place drained vegetable into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat milk and soup until smooth. Pour over vegetable.

Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle cheese over vegetable and top with Bisquick mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until brown (15-20 minutes). Serves 6-8.
