ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas
3 med. apples, cored & chopped
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine fruit; set aside. Combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat until blended, 1-2 minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold in fruit mixture. Cover and chill. Garnish with additional orange sections if desired.
