CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. flavor enhancer
1 pkg. (3 oz.) smoked sliced pastrami, chopped fine
1/2 sm. onion, grated fine
Season with salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 of pastrami. Place in covered bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before eating. Invert onto serving platter. Sprinkle remaining pastrami on top and serve with crackers.
