CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked beef or ham, chopped
6 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
6 drops liquid smoke; optional
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
Chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients and roll into a large ball. Roll ball in pecans or walnuts. Chill and serve with crackers. It should set at least 2 hours before serving for flavor to mix through.
