1 box lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 dozen diced marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in the hot water. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, marshmallows, lemon juice and chopped nuts. When set firmly whip in whipped cream. Serve simply on a lettuce leaf with a cherry on top.
