3 apples, pared, cored and diced
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube pan well. In large bowl mix together sugar, oil, eggs, then add vanilla and orange juice. Add flour. Mix well, then add apples. Pour into tube pan. Bake 1 hour.
