JAM FRENCH TOAST TRIANGLES 
1/4 c. preserves, any flavor
6 slices whole wheat bread
6 tbsp. egg substitute
1/4 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Divide and spread preserves on 3 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices to make 3 sandwiches, pressing to seal. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.

In medium bowl, combine egg product and skim milk. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture to coat.

In skillet or on griddle, over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches in butter until golden brown on both sides. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over sandwiches. Garnish and serve. Makes 6 servings.
