TRIANGLE CINNAMON COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
2 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, separated
2 c. self-rising flour

Cream sugar and butter. Add cinnamon and egg yolk, add flour (batter will be stiff). Grease long pan (I use 12 x 18 inch jelly roll pan). Pat out in bottom of pan, you may need to dip hands in sugar to keep from sticking to hands.

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar. Beat egg white until foamy but not dry, brush on batter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees, cut in triangles as soon as removing from oven.
