CHEESEY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 c. sliced potatoes
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Combine soup, milk, pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese and soup. Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika.

Bake covered at 375°F for one hour. Uncover, and bake for another 15 minutes.
