VEGETARIAN HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
1 c. potatoes, peeled, sliced 1 c. onion, chopped 2 lg. cloves garlic, pressed 1 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. caraway seed 1 vegetable bouillon cube 2 tbsp. water 1 c. peas, fresh or frozen 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 c. tomatoes, fresh, chopped 3 1/2 tsp. marjoram, dried 1/4 c. safflower oil 3 c. egg noodles, cooked In large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 30-40 minutes. Serve over hot noodles. Yields 2 servings. |
