HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Brown meat; add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, and salt. Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and ketchup; add to mustard mixture. Add to meat. Add 1 cup of water; stir. Cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes or until meat is very tender. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
