HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef round steak, cut in cubes
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles

Brown meat on all sides in heavy pan or Dutch oven. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt; set aside. Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup and add to dry mixture. Add mixture to meat and 1 cup of water; stir to cover. Cover over low heat for 2 1/2 hours until tender. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup of water; add to meat. Stir until it thickens. Serve over cooked noodles.
