KING RANCH TRAIL DRIVE DISH 
1 hen or lg. fryer, boiled & deboned
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can tomatoes & green chilies
1/4 pkg. chili mix
1 c. grated cheese
1 dozen tortillas

Boil chicken with onion and celery; reserve 2 cups broth. Chop chicken into chunks. Combine soups, tomato and chilies and onion. Alternate layers of tortillas, chicken and soups in large casserole. Sprinkle chili mix. Moisten with broth. Sprinkle top with cheese, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
