KARTOFFELPHANNKUCHEN 
: (Potato Pancakes)

Potatoes
2 med. onions
2-3 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour

Peel and wash the potatoes and onions. Grate them and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls into the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Makes about 70 pancakes. Serve warm with applesauce.
