AUNT LOIS' SWEET AND SOUR
CHICKEN
 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1/2 jar Sucker's apricot preserves
1 c. water
1 pkg. chicken breasts
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix bottle of Russian dressing and 1/2 jar of Smucker's apricot preserves and 1 cup of water. Place chicken breasts in 9x12 or 13 inch lightly greased pan. Pour mixture over chicken breasts evenly.

Preheat oven at 300 degrees. Cook until done. Usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Enjoy!
