HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz.), drained and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with Triscuits, vegetable dippers or baked pita.
