HAM TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
Dash of pepper, freshly grated
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
7-10 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 c. thinly sliced ham pieces

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Blend in flour. Stir in milk and half & half. When smooth and thickened (beware of burning), add salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and spaghetti in bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Cover with ham and sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
