SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. tomato juice
3 eggs
4 c. warm seasoned mashed potatoes

Cook beef with salt and thyme until brown. Stir flour, then tomato juice into beef. Beat eggs into potatoes until smooth. Line bottom and sides of pie pan with half of potato mixture. Fill with meat mixture. Put rest of potatoes on top, seal edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
