PECAN PATTIES 
1 1/2 c. raw quick oatmeal
1 c. chopped pecans
1 med. onion
1 raw potato
3 eggs
1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
McKay's chicken seasoning

Grind raw potato and onion. Add oatmeal. Let stand for 1/2 hour. Add pecans, seasoning and slightly beaten eggs. Fry in oil, put in casserole and put water bouillon over. Bake 1 hour. Turn several times. Serve over pasta.
