PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. can of pears
3 oz. lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping
1 c. pear juice
2 tbsp. milk

Drain pears well, reserving 1 cup juice. Dissolve Jello in boiling pear juice, Mix milk with cream cheese. Using electric mixer, combine Jello, pears and cheese. Fold in whipped topping and chill until firm.
