POPCORN HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
scant 1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stir all ingredients together and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
