CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Combine flour, butter and nuts mixing together in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/3 of 12 ounce Cool Whip. Cover crust with filing mixture.

Mix 2 large packages instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk. Pour over cheese mixture (filing). Spread rest of Cool Whip on top, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
