PARMESAN SHRIMP | |
2 lb. large raw shrimp, cleaned 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. olive oil Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Cover skillet and heat until cheese melts, no longer than 10 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
