PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked pasta twists
10 oz. thawed, drained peas and carrots
10 oz. thawed, drained chopped spinach
1 sm. can black olives, drained
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cubed fresh zucchini
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing

Toss well, sprinkle with grated cheese, chill and serve.
