TURKEY PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked, drained
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped red peppers
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese with onion, chives
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
Salt & pepper
Fresh spinach leaves

Stir together macaroni, turkey, celery, red pepper and parsley in bowl. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and basil in small bowl until well blended. Add to macaroni mixture; toss lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Add additional milk just before serving, if desired. Serve on spinach lined salad plates. Serves 8.
