4 c. cooked spiral pasta (whole wheat or spinach)
1 c. trimmed, whole snow peas
2 sm. red bell peppers, seeded and julienned
1 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, or more to taste
1/4 c. low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
3 tbsp. dark sesame oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
Dash each dill and freshly ground black pepper
Lettuce leaves, for lining bowl
